in these cases you need another type of permit, called in Spain 'Minor work license'.

If you are thinking of selling or renting your property, you must arrange for an Energy Performance Certificate before you advertise it for sale or rent. An EPC is a document which gives your property an energy efficiency rating within a range of 7 values, from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). The certificate is valid for 10 years.
Houses are classified on the basis of two indicators:
      -Consumption of non-renewable primary energy, expressed in kilowatts per square metre per year.
      -Carbon dioxide emissions expressed in kilos of CO2 per square metre per year.

After submitting the EPC to the registry of the Murcian Region, you will receive an official designation with the energy rating of your property. This must be included in any advertisement designed to sell or rent any building or house.

Following a visit to your home to take the necessary information, our architect can issue this official document, using the Government approved software and dealing with all necessary procedures to obtain the official designation with the energy rating.
